Paul leads the Data and Behavioural Science Team, combining data engineering, AI, machine learning, geospatial analytics, behavioural science, and evaluation to support evidence-based decision making. His team develops data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and insight services, applying data statistical techniques- and behaviour-led approaches to solve complex challenges, improve outcomes, and unlock greater value from data across programmes and partnerships.
